At Absolute Pilates, enjoy a unique group class experience on a pilates reformer. Our classes are designed to give you a faster, functional and athletic exercise that stays true to the core principles of Pilates, with an immersive experience.

Reformer Class Types.

  • Reformer: Foundation 15 (15 MIN TOTAL)

    This is a mandatory 15 min session for all Absolute Pilates first-timers - even if you have attended other pilates reformer classes before.

    We will take you through the functions of the reformer and introduce the foundation of pilates.

  • FIT & TONE (55 MIN TOTAL)

    Targeting the strengthening of the whole body, enjoy a push for your muscles while enhancing overall coordination.

    FIT & TONE *CARDIO TRAMP (55 MIN TOTAL)

    This dynamic reformer class incorporates the use of a trampoline to strengthen and tone your muscles; sculpting your body as you progress.

    This class type has the added benefit of a cardiovascular workout, enhancing circulation through the body. The execution of proper jumping techniques helps build strength & stability for your core, improving your stamina and coordination without high impact on the joints.

    FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH PROPS (55 MIN TOTAL)

    A full body workout that utilizes the reformer and props to target every muscle group and plane of motion, from torso rotation to extension, for a comprehensive session that enhances overall physical conditioning.

    CORE STRENGTH (55 MIN TOTAL)

    This class helps create strengthened and pliable of your "Core". To optimize your core strength and endurance, to get better support and stabilize the body.

Pilates Wunda Chair

As the first studio in Asia to bring the Pilates Wunda Chair to a group class setting, We're finally bringing the newest exercise trend to Hong Kong! Pilates Wunda Chair classes help increase your stability, mobility, and overall strength while developing mind-body awareness.

Wunda Chair Class Types.

  • The 15min foundation session orients students in the safe operation of the stability chair used in group classes and introduces them to a systematic order and choreography of the exercises.

    This is a mandatory session for all Absolute Pilates first-timers - even if you have attended other Pilates Wunda Chair classes before.

  • Achieve balance and symmetry with our Unilateral class, designed to fine-tune your body's left-right coordination. By focusing on unilateral movements, you'll correct muscle imbalances and gain stability preventing over-dominance of one side, aiding in injury prevention.

  • Carve out a stronger, more resilient core with our Core Strength class. Through targeted exercises and mindful movement patterns, you'll fire up those deep abdominal muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall stability.

  • A dynamic workout incorporating functional movements and the use of accessories. By engaging smaller stabilizing muscles, this session works the body efficiently, enhances strength and improves overall stability.
