Why do you need my personal particulars/information?

You are required to provide us with basic personal particulars for us to ensure a smooth running of our operations and to provide you with the best service.

Why do you need my photograph?

We require your photograph to ensure that you are the person who has registered for that account. We have had people letting their friends use their accounts on their behalf, and pretending to be the account holder. This is not permitted

Why do you need my address?

Certain special promotions and package prices are only available to locals. In addition, in order to weed out people who create multiple accounts to enjoy "first-timer" promotions, we require additional information, such as your address to verify your identity.

Why do you need my date of birth?

We need to ensure that you are of legal age (18 years) in order to be able to use our facilities and our services.

Why do you need to give emergency contact?

If something were to happen to you while at the studio, we will need to be able to contact your next-of-kin.
