  • Excel in customer service and multitasking? We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join us. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in a management role and strong communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    Sales & Customer Experience

    • Train the team in exemplary customer service and sales techniques.

    • Lead the team to achieve sales targets.

    • Oversee the quality of all service and solutions provided for member requests at the front desk and online customer service platforms.

    • Work with Marketing team on implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.

    • Growing revenue through proactively seeking new business opportunities and partnerships.

    Team Management

    • Manage a team of supervisors and customer success officers.

    • Oversee the hiring process, schedule and training of customer success officers.

    • Demonstrate excellent customer service, leading by example for all staff.

    • Assist the team with difficult or complicated matters.

    • Oversee and approve any changes in instructor schedule and classes due to illness/equipment fault/extreme weather.

    Operations & Admin

    • Oversee studio related administrative matters (e.g. ensure month end studio reports are done accurately and in a timely manner / instructor schedules are accurately published on Mindbody).

    • Work with the Operations and Admin Manager to ensure that all the studios are in pristine and efficient working condition for the studio team (including equipment, hardware, fixtures etc).

    • Work with the Operations & Admin Manager to set the studio process for all operations.

    • Keep good relationships with clients, instructors, landlords and contractors for all studios.

    • Work with the management team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

    • Look for areas to increase efficiency and standards of the studios and optimise costs.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years in a team leader or supervisory role.

    • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.

    • Outstanding communication and people skills.

    • Experience working in the fitness & wellness industry is preferred.

    • Familiarity with the Mindbody software is preferred.
